What you buy

You buy a licence to use Ninja HUD, desktop software for macOS and Windows. The software itself stays ours; the licence gives you the right to use it as these terms describe.

The licence does not expire. It can be active on two computers at a time, such as a desktop and a laptop, and you can move it from one computer to another.

It includes every update released in the 12 months after your purchase. When those months end, the app keeps working, with every version released until then. You can add another year of updates at any time for the price shown on our website, currently $39.

Free trial

Every new user can use the full app free for 14 days, without a card or an account. When the trial ends, your data stays on your computer. We recommend trying Ninja HUD at your own tables before you buy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are paid once; there is no subscription. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Prices may change, but never for a purchase already made.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Your licence key is sent to the email address you give at checkout as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us.

To activate the licence, open Ninja HUD, go to Settings > Licence and paste the key.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because the licence key is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose this right once the key has been sent. The free trial lets you try the app first.

Refunds

Licences are not refunded, with one exception: if Ninja HUD does not work on your computer as described, contact us. We will help you get it working, and if we cannot, we will refund your payment.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law, for example when digital content does not work as described.

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the licence bought with it stops working.

Using your licence

The licence is for you. Please do not share or publish your key, sell it, or use it on more computers than it allows. Do not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it. We may switch off a key that has been shared publicly.

Poker sites’ rules

Ninja HUD reads the hand histories your poker client saves on your computer. It does not place bets, move money or connect to any poker site. It is built to stay within the rules PokerStars publishes for heads-up displays, but every poker site sets its own rules and may change them. You are responsible for using Ninja HUD only where it is allowed.

Your data

Your hands, statistics and screen names stay on your computer. To check a licence, the app sends only the licence key, an anonymous identifier of the computer, the app version and the name of the operating system.

Liability

We work hard to make Ninja HUD accurate and reliable, but statistics describe past hands and cannot predict results. We are not responsible for wins or losses at the tables, or for decisions you make with the app.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
